The Legendary
Clarabell
Named after the beloved head chef Clarabell, who graced the Rosedon Hotel for over 30 years, Clarabell’s Pizzeria carries on her legacy of warmth and hospitality. Inspired by her culinary mastery and kindness, we create a welcoming space where every guest feels like part of the family. Our wood fired pizzas, crafted with care, are a tribute to the rich flavors of Bermuda and the artistry of traditional Italian cooking.

Executive Chef
Damien Griffith
Leading the culinary team, Chef Damien Griffith brings a modern artistic touch to our farm and sea to table inspired dishes. Under his leadership, Huckleberry Restaurant has received multiple accolades, including Best Fine Dining Restaurant in the Best of Bermuda Awards 2024.
Festive Season at Huckleberry
The holidays at Rosedon are all about great food, good company, and a touch of magic. This season, you can look forward to a line-up of festive favourites at Huckleberry, from a traditional Thanksgiving feast (with both dine-in and take-out options) to our much-loved Festive Afternoon Tea.
The season brings Christmas dining and take-out, the return of our Après Ski evenings, a celebratory Boxing Day Brunch, and a New Year’s Eve party to ring in 2026 in style. Our full festive programme will be announced soon—watch this space for all the details.

Our Poolside season is wrapping up after a fabulous summer. While dining and events take a little rest until next spring, lounger hire is still available for those sun-soaked afternoons.
